Absolutely! We're happy to accommodate small changes to our ready-to-ship gifts at no additional charge. Simply include your requested modifications (such as color preferences or item substitutions) in the "Additional Details" section when placing your order.

Due to the personalized nature of our gifts, we generally do not accept returns. However:
If items arrive damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage
We will promptly address any issues with damaged deliveries
In exceptional circumstances, we may issue store credit at our discretion
